The Ruben incorporates a large ceramic glass window, with silver controls.

Built in Europe to the highest of standards from heavy gauge rolled steel steel the Ruben won’t crack or melt, unlike cast iron stoves of equivalent size and output.  The Ruben is Eco Design Compliant, in recent testing, stoves that are Eco Design Compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves… the result is that the savings on fuel consumption are significant.

The air tight seal on the large door allows the user to control the temperature output, and burn rate through the primary and secondary air controls to provide optimum control over the performance of the appliance. In addition the firebox is fully lined with firebricks to reflect the heat out from the stove and extend the life of the product.

The advanced design of the Ruben incorporates secondary burn technology which facilitates high efficiency, low fuel consumption. In recent tests stoves that meet the strict emission standards of Eco Design used 6 times less fuel than traditional non confirming stoves. 

The Ruben also has an advanced pre-heat air wash system that ensures the large ceramic glass window stays clean to give a clear, warming view of the flames. Further features include a large removable ash pan for easy cleaning and maintenance and a multi fuel fire grate.
